At Elephant Activity, we understand that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. We always try to support our guests in the best possible way and keep our cancellation process simple, fair, and transparent for everyone.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as early as possible. All cancellation requests must be sent through email so our team can process them properly.

Please note that cancellations are generally considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of booking confirmation. However, once travel arrangements or activity preparations have already been initiated, cancellation requests may not always be applicable.

Cancellation charges are calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation request.

Cancellation Charges

• 10 days before arrival – No cancellation charges
• Between 10 to 5 days before arrival – 25% of the total booking amount
• Between 5 to 3 days before arrival – 30% of the total booking amount
• Less than 1 day before arrival – 50% of the total booking amount

Refund Policy

If your refund request is approved, the amount will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Sometimes banks or credit card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account. If you do not receive your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend:

1. Checking your bank account again
2. Contacting your credit card provider
3. Reaching out to your bank for processing updates

Important Notes

• If a trip or activity is canceled after it has already started, refunds will depend on the amount recoverable from hotels, transport providers, or other service partners.
• No refunds will be provided for unused services such as accommodation, transportation, meals, guide services, or missed activities.
